Awareness Seminar on Anti-Drug measures in Collaboration with the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), the Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA), and the Anti-Counter Violence and Extremism Department
On 20th Feb, 2025 UET Mardan organized an awareness seminar on anti-drug measures in collaboration with the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), the Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA), and the Anti-Counter Violence and Extremism Department. The Vice Chancellor of UET Mardan welcomed the guests, emphasizing the university’s commitment to raising awareness about drug abuse among students. Inspector Fukraz from ANF provided insightful guidance on different forms of drugs, educating students about their harmful effects. Additionally, representatives from HERA and the Anti-Counter Violence and Extremism Department highlighted the dangers of drug abuse and its impact on society. The seminar concluded with ANF presenting a shield to Dr. Sajjad Ali, Director Academics, in appreciation of his support and contributions to the cause.
