Second syndicate meeting of UET Mardan held on September 28, 2019
The second syndicate meeting of University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Mardan was held on Saturday, 28 September 2019. The meeting was chaired by Vice Chancellor, Engr. Dr. Imran Khan.
Some other notable names that graced the meeting are Honorable Justice (R) Abdul Aziz Kundi; Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asif Khan, VC University of Peshawar;Mr. Abdul Qadir Safi Special Secretary Higher Education Department; Prof. Dr. Sadaqat Jan, Dean Faculty of Engineering ; Dr. Ibrar Ali Shah Registrar; and Nominees of Secretary Finance and Establishment.
The second syndicate proved to be another turning point in the excellence of UETM, where a lot more was promised and planned for the coming time. Moreover,
The meeting opened on a prospective discussion amongst the members and presented the important essentials for the growth of UETM.
During the meeting,The Syndicate recommended and approved “The Annual Report” to senate for approval. The Syndicate also approved the recommendations of “1st Selection Board meeting.” In addition, it endorsed the decision taken by “Assets Distribution Committee” constituted by Higher Education Department (HED). Besides, the Departmental Account Committee was also approved.
The meeting concluded on a promising note for future plans and objectives.
