Directorate of QEC conducted an Assessment of SARs
The goal and objective of the Quality Enhancement Cell is to improve the quality standards of education in institutions. In this connection, today on 8th June 2022 Directorate of QEC conducted an Assessment of SARs (Self Assessment Reports) of Postgraduate programs (i.e. MS Electrical Engineering, MS and Ph.D. in Computer Software Engineering, MS and Ph.D. in Telecommunication Engineering) to evaluate these programs at par international quality benchmark. Associate Prof. Dr. Nasir Ahmed, Chairman, Computer System Engineering Department, UET Peshawar, and Prof. Dr. Ibrar Ali Shah, Chairman, Department of Computer Software Engineering, UET Mardan were the members of the Assessment Team (AT). The AT evaluated the SARs prepared by the program teams (PTs) of the respective departments as per the HEC (Higher Education Commission) provided guidelines. The feedback and recommendations of the AT will improve the quality standards of the post-graduate programs.
